BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 106. Return of cases.‑(1) A case may, at any time, be returned to be presented to the Adalat in which it should have been instituted. (2) On returning a case the Adalat shall endorse thereon the dates of its presentation and return.
