BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 107. Criminal cases requiring severe punishment.‑Whenever an Adalat is of the opinion that the case of such nature that on conviction the accused ought to receive a punishment different in kind from, or more severe than that which the Adalat is competent to inflict or in the cases of complicated nature, the Adalat may record its opinion and send the file and forward the accused to the District Magistrate of the district for trial in a Court of competent jurisdiction.
