BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 110. Inability of Chairman.‑‑If owing to illness or any other cause the Chairman of an Adalat is unable to act, any other member nominated by him in writing may act as Chairman.
