BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 111. Procedure.‑(I) An Adalat or an Appellate Authority while hearing an appeal maintain a brief memorandum of proceedings of each case heard by it. (2) sections 8 to 11 of the Oaths Act, 1873 shall be applicable to proceed ings before an Adalat. (3) All proceedings in Adalat or the Appellate proceedings before a District appellate authority shall be open to public and shall be undertaken after due publicity in the beat of drum or in any manner deemed sufficient by the Adalat or the appellate authority, as the case may be.
