BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 112. Summary dismissal.‑(I) The Adalat may, on a complaint disclosing commission of an offence, after examining the complainant, if any, and after . further enquiry if necessary dismiss the complaint if found to be false, vexatious or frivolous. (2) If a suit appears to be frivolous or barred by limitation under the provisions of Limitation Act, 1908 or any other law or discloses no cause of action, the Adalat may, dismiss it by order in writing.
