BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 114. Processes.‑‑(1) Summons may be served in the manner as provided in Criminal Procedure Code or the Civil Procedure Code. (2) If the summons cannot be served in the ordinary manner, the Adalat may forward the summons to any Magistrate in the District who shall cause it to be served as if it were a summons issued by him.
