BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 115. Absence of complainant.‑(I) If a complainant fails to appear on the date fixed for bearing or if in the opinion of the Adalat the complainant is negligent in prosecuting the case, the Adalat may dismiss the case. (2) Any person aggrieved by an order passed under subsection (1) may, within 30 days of the dismissal of case, apply for its restoration and if the Adalat is satisfied that there is good cause for the complainant's failure to appear or prosecute the case, the Adalat may restore the proceedings. (3) The order of dismissal under subsection (1) unless set aside under subsection (2) shall amount to acquittal.
