BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 120. Proceedings when the defendant appears.‑‑On the appearance of the defendant before the Adalat, the Adalat shall, as far as possible, pass order or decree on the same day and if that is not possible it may adjourn the suit for further proceedings.
