BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 122. Decisions.‑(1) Decision of an Adalat shall be taken in terms of the view of the majority. (2) All decisions of the Adalat or of the appellate Authority in appellate proceedings shall be recorded in writing before being‑announced and will be authenticated by the members or Appellate Authority making the decision. (3) A sentence, order or decree of an Adalat shall not be executed by the Adalat until after the disposal of appeal or in the absence of appeal until the expiry of the period of limitation fixed for the appeal.
