BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 124. Appeals.‑‑(1) An appeal against the decision of the Adalat shall lie to such authority and in such manner as the Government may specify or determine. (2) A party may within thirty days of the announcement of the order or decree file an appeal in writing.
