BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 126. Decree in civil and revenue cases.‑(1) An Adalat shall on the conclusion of a civil or revenue suit either dismiss the suit or pass a decree with or without costs as prescribed by Civil Procedure Code: (2) If in satisfaction of a decree any amount of money is paid or any property is transferred in the presence of Adalat, it shall enter such payment or such transfer in the register of suits. (3) The Adalat on finding it difficult to execute a decree may forward the decree to a competent civil or Revenue Court having jurisdiction and such Court shall thereupon proceed to execute it as if it were a decree passed by it.
