BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 127. Payment by instalments.‑An Adalat when imposing a fine or ordering a payment of a sum of money or the delivery of any movable property, may in case of payment of money fix instalments.
