BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 129. Composition and decision or: oath.‑Notwithstanding any thing to the contrary contained in any other law it shall be lawful for the Adalat to allow any criminal case to be compounded or to compromise any suit, on special oath.
