BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 131. Transfer application.‑(1) Any party to a case may apply for the transfer of a case from one Adalat to another Adalat in the same Tehsil, in a civil suit, to the District Judge, in a revenue suit to the Collector of the District and in a criminal case to District Magistrate of the District concerned. (2) Where an Adalat ceases to function consequent upon dissolution of or expiration of its term and its successor Local Council is not constituted within a period of sixty days. Government may make arrangements for the disposal of judicial cases pending before such Adalat in such manner as it may deem fit.
