Section Provisions
BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XIX‑SUPERVISION OP LOCAL COUNCILS 140. Bar of suits.‑No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against Government for any loss or damage of any kind caused by the suspension or dissolution of any Local Council.
