BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XIX‑SUPERVISION OP LOCAL COUNCILS 141. Divisional Co‑ordination Committee.‑(1) There shall be a Divisional Co‑ordination Committee in each division, which shall consist of elected Chairman of District Councils, Chairmen of Municipal Committees '1, Lady Provincial Councillor elected from the Division] and heads of all executive Departments of Government in the Division including the Deputy Commis sioners of Districts located within the Division. (2) The members of the Provincial and National Assemblies elected from the Division may take part as observers in the meeting of the Divisional Co‑ordination Committee but they shall not be its members. (3) The Chairman of the Divisional Co‑ordination Committee shall be the Divisional Commissioners and the Deputy Director, Local Government and Rural Development shall be ex officio Secretary.
