BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XIX‑SUPERVISION OP LOCAL COUNCILS 142. Functions.‑(1) The functions and powers of the Divisional Co ordination Committee, shall among other matters, include the following :‑ (a) Co‑ordination of activities of all District Councils and all Government Departments in the Division; (b) settlement of disputes among the District Councils in the Division; (c) Co‑ordination of Development plans of District Councils and Nation- Building Departments; (d) review of question and answers relating to any matter connected with the Administration of the District Council and Nation‑Building Departments; (e) levy of surchage under section 66 in respect of District Councils in the Division; (f) authentication of budgets of the District Councils. (2) Any decision taken by the Divisional Co‑ordination Committee shall be communicated to the District Council and Nation‑Building Departments concerned for implementation.
