BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XXI‑OFFENCES AND PENALTIES 144. Offences.‑An act or omission specified in the Fourth Schedule shall be an offence under this Ordinance.
