BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XXI‑OFFENCES AND PENALTIES 146. Compounding of offences.‑Subject to the provisions of section 164 of the Ordinance, the Chairman or any person generally or specially authorised by local council in this behalf, may compound any offence mentioned in the Fourth Schedule.
