BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XXI‑OFFENCES AND PENALTIES 147. Cognizance of offences.‑No Court shall take cognizance of any offence mentioned in the Fourth Schedule, except on a complaint in writing received from the Chairman, or a person generally or specially authorised by the Local Council in this behalf.
