BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XXII‑MISCELLANEOUS 149. Appeals.‑(1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed by a Local Council or its Chairman in pursuance of the Ordinance or the rules or bye‑laws, may appeal to such authority, in such manner and within such period as may be prescribed. (2) Any order passed in appeal shall be final.
