BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XXII‑MISCELLANEOUS 151. General provisions relating to rules etc.‑(1) All bye‑laws shall be made subject to the condition of previous publication. (2) All rules, regulations and bye‑laws shall be notified. (3) Copies of rules and bye‑laws pertaining to a Local Council shall be kept available at the office of the Local Council for inspection. (4) All rules and bye‑laws when duly made shall be deemed to form part of this Ordinance and shall have effect accordingly.
