BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XXII‑MISCELLANEOUS 158. Members and servants of Local Councils to be public servants.‑---Every member and every servant of a Local Council, and every other person duly empowered to act on behalf of a Local Council, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code Act XLV of 1860).
