BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XXII‑MISCELLANEOUS 161. Protection of action taken in good faith.‑No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against Government or Local Council or against any person authorised by either, for anything done or in good faith intended to be done under this Ordinance of for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any such thing.
