BALUCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS ACT, 1974 BALUCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS ACT, 1974 ACT IX OF 1974 An Act to regulate the appointment of persons to, and the terms and conditions of service of persons in, the service of Baluchistan [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 20th July 1974] No. Legis-X-(10)/74.----The Baluchistan Civil Servants Bill, 1974 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Baluchistan on 19th June 1974 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. CHAPTER II TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE OF BALUCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS 5. Appointments.----Appointments to the Baluchistan Service or to a civil service of the Porvince of Baluchistan or to a civil post in connection with the affairs of the Province of Baluchistan shall be made in the prescribed manner by the Government of Baluchistan or by a person authorised by it in that behalf.
