BALUCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS ACT, 1974 BALUCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS ACT, 1974 ACT IX OF 1974 An Act to regulate the appointment of persons to, and the terms and conditions of service of persons in, the service of Baluchistan [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 20th July 1974] No. Legis-X-(10)/74.----The Baluchistan Civil Servants Bill, 1974 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Baluchistan on 19th June 1974 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. CHAPTER II TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE OF BALUCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS 21. Benevolent Fund and Group Insurance.---All civil servants and their families shall be entitled to the benefits admissible under the West Pakistan Government Servants Benevolent Fund Ordinance, 1960 (West Pakistan Ordinance XIV of 1960) and the West Pakistan Government Employees Welfare Fund Ordinance, 1969 (West Pakistan Ordinance I of 1969) and the rules made thereunder.
