ORDINANCE III OF 1980 ORDINANCE III OF 1980 BALUCHISTAN URBAN RENT RESTRICTION (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 1980 6. Substitution of section 17 of Ordinance No. VI of 1959.‑In the principal Ordinance for section 17, the following shall be substituted, namely:‑ "17. Every order made under section 10, section 13, section 13‑B and every order passed in appeal under section 15, shall be executed by the Controller as if it were a decree of a civil Court."
