REGULATION 1 OF 1979 REGULATION 1 OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN TRIBAL AREAS (VALIDATION OF TRANSFER OF PROPERTIES) REGULATION, 1979 A Regulation to provide for the validation of the transfers of certain properties in the Tribal Areas of the Province of Baluchistan [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 28th February 1979] No. Legis. 4‑48/Law/79.‑The following Regulation made by the Governor of Baluchistan on 25th February 1979, is hereby published for general information :‑ Whereas it is expedient ‑to provide for the validation of transfers of certain properties, in the Tribal Areas of the Province of Baluchistan. Now, therefore, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the fifth day of July 1977, read with the Laws (Continuance in Force) Order, 1977 (C. M. L. A.
