REGULATION 1 OF 1979 REGULATION 1 OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN TRIBAL AREAS (VALIDATION OF TRANSFER OF PROPERTIES) REGULATION, 1979 1. Short title, extent and commencement.‑(1) This Regulation may be called the Baluchistan Tribal Areas (Validation of Transfer of Properties) Regulation, 1979. (2) `It extends to' the whole of the Tribal Areas of the Province of Baluchistan. (3) It shall come into force at once.
