Validation of transfers.‑‑All properties transferred in the Tribal Areas of the Province of Baluchistan during the years 1963 to 1973 under Scheme No. VII and Revised Scheme No. VII prepared under subsection (3) of section 10 of the Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act, 1958 (XXVIII of 1958), shall be deemed to have been validly transferred as if the said Act and Schemes were in force in those Areas at the time when the properties were so transferred.
