ORDINANCE II OF 1983 ORDINANCE II OF 1983 BANKING COMPANIES (RECOVERY OF LOANS) (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 1983 1. Short title and commencement.‑(1) This Ordinance may be called the Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1983. (2) It shall come into force at once.
