Section Provisions

ORDINANCE II OF 1983 ORDINANCE II OF 1983 BANKING COMPANIES (RECOVERY OF LOANS) (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 1983 3. Amendment of section 4, Ordinance XIX of 1979.‑In the said Ordinance, in section 4, in subsection (3), for the words "one hundred and eighty" the word "ninety" shall be substituted.
