ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 23. Election Authority.‑(1) Government may appoint a Baluchistan Local Council Election Authority for conducting elections to the Local l Councils. (2) Election Authority shall exercise such powers and perform such 'functions as may be prescribed.
