ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 34. Bar against re‑election.‑When a Chairman, Vice‑Chairman or a member is removed from office under section 31, he shall not, during the unexpired period of the term of his office, be eligible for re‑election to the said office of any Local Council.
