ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 35. Remuneration.‑(1) A Chairman of a Zila Council, a Municipal Committer: or a Municipal Corporation shall be whole‑time functionary of the Local Council and may receive such remuneration as may be prescribed. (2) A Chairman of a Local Council mentioned in subsection (1) shall not engage himself in any trade, profession or calling. (3) A Local Council other than mentioned in subsection (1) may allow such honoraria and allowances to its Chairman as may be prescribed.
