ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER XI‑COMPULSORY FUNCTIONS OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEES J‑STREETS 90. Street Watering.‑A Municipal Committee shall take such measures as may be necessary for the watering of public streets for the comfort and convenience of the public, and may, for this purpose, maintain such vehicles, staff, and other apparatus as may be necessary.
