ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER XI‑COMPULSORY FUNCTIONS OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEES K‑ARBORICULTURE 93. Arboriculture.‑A Municipal Committee shall plant trees on public street and other public places within the Municipality and take all such steps as may be necessary for the plantation and protection of trees on such streets and places.
