ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER XII‑OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE A‑PUBLIC HEALTH 98. Medical aid and relief and medical education.‑A Municipal Committee may take such measures as may be necessary or as may be specified by .the Government for‑ (a) the provision, maintenance and management of First Aid Centres ; (b) the provision, maintenance and management of mobile medical aid units ; (c) the provision and encouragement of societies for the provision of medical aid ; (d) the promotion of medical education ; (e) the payment of grants to institutions for medical relief ; and (f )the medical inspection of school children.
