ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER XII‑OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE D‑ANIMAL HUSBANDRY 108. Animal homes and farms.‑(1) A Municipal Committee may, with the previous approval of the Government, establish, maintain and manage animal homes, where, subject to such terms and conditions and on the payment of such fees and other charges as the bye‑laws may provide, the animals of private persons may be kept. (2) A Municipal Committee may, with the previous approval of the Government, establish, maintain and manage cattle farms and poultry farms, and such farm shall be managed and administered in such manner as the bye laws may provide.
