ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER XII‑OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE F‑TREES, PARKS, GARDENS AND FORESTS 115. Open spaces.‑A Municipal Committee may provide and maintain within the municipality such open spaces as may be necessary for the convenience of the public and such spaces shall be grassed, hedged, planted and equipped with such amenities, and in such manner as the bye‑laws may provide.
