ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER XII‑OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE F‑TREES, PARKS, GARDENS AND FORESTS 117. Tanks and low‑lying areas.‑A Municipal Committee may take such steps with regard to the excavation and re‑excavation of tanks and the reclamation of low‑lying areas as it thinks fit or as the case may be, the Government directs.
