ACT XII OF 1975 ACT XII OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1975 CHAPTER XIII‑FUNCTIONS OF MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS 125. Functions of Municipal Corporations.‑Notwithstanding anything contained in Chapter XI a Municipal Corporation shall undertake the functions mentioned under sections 64, 66, 78, 80, 91 and 92.
