Additional functions of a Municipal Corporation.‑Government .may suo moto or on a resolution by a Municipal Corporation or a Municipal Committee thereof, direct that any of the functions of the Municipal Com mittee falling within the city shall subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified, be performed by the Municipal Corporation.
