ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER III‑RENT Rents generally 13. Collection of rent of undivided property.‑When two or more persons are landlords of a tenant in respect of the same tenancy the tenant shall not be bound to pay part of the rent of his tenancy to one of those persons and part to another.
