Section Provisions
ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER III‑RENT 16. Cost of Division.‑The result of the division shall be recorded and signed by the officer conducting the division who shall also make such order as to the costs of division as he thinks fit.
