ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER III‑RENT 21. Time for enhancement or reduction to take effect.‑(1) Unless the Court decreeing an enhancement of rent otherwise directs, the enhancement shall take effect from the commencement of the agricultural year next following the date of the decree. (2) A court decreeing a reduction of rent shall specify in the decree the date on and from which the reduction is to take effect.
