ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER IV‑RELINQUISHMENT, ABANDONMENT AND EJECTMENT RELINQUISHMENT, 27. Relinquishment by tenant for a fixed term---‑A tenant holding for a fixed term under a contract or a decree or order of competent authority may relinquish his tenancy without notice at the end of that term.
