ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER IV‑RELINQUISHMENT, ABANDONMENT AND EJECTMENT RELINQUISHMENT, 29. Relinquishment of part only of a tenancy.‑A tenant cannot, without the consent of his landlord, relinquish a part only of his tenancy.
