ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER IV‑RELINQUISHMENT, ABANDONMENT AND EJECTMENT RELINQUISHMENT, 30. Abandonment of tenancy by occupancy tenant.‑If a tenant having a right of occupancy fails for more than one year without sufficient cause to cultivate his tenancy either by him self or through some other person, and to arrange for the rent thereof as it fails due, the right of occupancy shall be extinguished from the end of that year. .
