ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER IV‑RELINQUISHMENT, ABANDONMENT AND EJECTMENT RELINQUISHMENT, 31. Grounds of ejectment of occupancy tenant.‑A tenant having a right of occupancy shall be liable to be ejected from his tenancy on any of the following grounds, namely‑ (a) that he has failed to pay the rent in accordance with the terms of his tenancy ; (b) that he has used the land comprised in the tenancy in a manner which renders it unfit for the purposes for which he held it ; (c) that he has failed to cultivate or arrange for the cultivation of the land comprised in the tenancy in accordance with the terms thereof or if there are no express terms in this behalf, in accordance with the customary manner of cultivation in the locality ; (d) that a decree for an arrear of rent in respect of the tenancy has been passed against him and remains unsatisfied.
